Outpatient labour induction, pre-eclampsia: defer or deliver? Emergency CS and the link with recurrent preterm birth (and the planned CRAFT study)
The Beardmore-Gray (PHOENIX) study is of interest - the late preterm, non-severe pre-eclampsia patients who were randomised to early or late delivery - and 2 year neurodevelopmental outcomes.
Still conversations to be had about the longer-term development, cognitive & behavioural differences beyond 2 years that are linked with prematurity. But this does help with conversations when considering delivery for maternal short-term benefit.
